Contractors and freelancers often need to produce professional estimates while on-site with clients. Paper estimates look unprofessional, and desktop invoicing software isn’t accessible in the field.
Our Approach
The Estimated mobile app was designed for speed and professionalism. Users can build itemized estimates with labor, materials, and markup calculations, then generate polished PDF estimates to email directly to clients. The app features offline storage so estimates can be created without connectivity and synced later, plus a REST API backend for data persistence and multi-device access.
